This Bitcoin Devcon is hosted by UTXO Management, co-hosted by Satoshi Lab, supported by Yakihonne and Web3port, and organized by Techub News. It will be held at the Hong Kong Science Park from May 7 to 8.

Five institutions, including Multicoin, Electric Capital, CMS, UTXO Management and Satoshi Lab, will serve as judges for this hackathon. The theme of this event focuses on Bitcoin Layer2, and seven well-known Layer2 projects will work together to expand the application of Bitcoin ecology.

The evaluation criteria of this event not only attach importance to community participation, but also combine the professional evaluation of the jury. Participants will have the right to choose their preferred public chain to register. The heat value, project foundation, community data and product progress of the participating projects will be the key indicators for project scoring.
