According to BlockBeats, on September 19, the NFT and Metaverse trademark attorney Michael Kondoudis posted, Whiskey brand Jack Daniels has filed a metaverse, NFT-related trademark application with the US Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO) on September 13, which will cover NFT-certified digital media, virtual beverages, bar supplies and apparel, digital wallets and collectibles.
