South Korean gaming giant WeMade has withdrawn all lawsuits against Upbit, Bithumb Korea, Coinone and Korbit
According to BlockBeats, February 17, South Korean gaming giant WeMade withdrew all lawsuits against digital asset trading platform DAXA's trading platform for violating the delisting rules of virtual currency WEMIX.
WeMade filed a notice of withdrawal against Upbit, Bithumb Korea, Coinone and Korbit at the Seoul Central District Court, according to Yonhap, citing legal sources. In December 2022, the Seoul Central District Court denied a request by WeMade subsidiary Wemix PTE for a temporary injunction against "the display of WEMIX Token under encrypted trading platforms such as Upbit." However, WeMade said it disagreed with the court's decision and subsequently launched an appeal until today's withdrawal.
