CZ: Binance.US keeps a record of all user funds, which never leave the platform unless withdrawn.

On June 9th, Binance CEO CZ responded to CoinDesk's report that "US SEC says Binance transferred $1.2 billion to CEO-controlled accounts" on social media, stating "This is completely wrong. As far as I know, Binance.US has approximately $2 billion in user funds, which fluctuates slightly with the change in cryptocurrency prices and has recently decreased due to user withdrawals. All user funds are recorded and have never left our platform (unless withdrawn by the user themselves)."
