Bloomberg: Binance's Chief Business Officer Yibo Ling has resigned, and the new General Counsel may be Eleanor Hughes.

BlockBeats reported on July 7th, citing sources from Bloomberg, that in the mid-year performance review in June, several Binance US employees were asked if they were willing to relocate, and some of those who refused were fired. Yibo Ling, Binance's Chief Business Officer, was one of the US employees who left the company. Sources also said that Eleanor Hughes will replace Han Ng as Binance's new General Counsel. According to her LinkedIn page, Eleanor Hughes joined Binance in November 2021 and has served as Senior Legal Counsel and Global Regulatory Director, as well as Head of Legal Affairs for the Asia Pacific, Middle East, and North Africa regions.
