Cryptocurrency platform Beluga completes $4 million seed round financing, led by Fin Capital.
BlockBeats reported on October 20th that Beluga, a cryptocurrency platform for new user onboarding, has completed a $4 million seed round of financing. The round was led by Fin Capital, with participation from Anagram, UDHC, Dispersion Capital, Aptos Labs, 2 Punks Capital, Borderless Capital, Kyber Capital, 186 Ventures, W11 Capital, and Rubik Ventures.
In addition, angel investors who participated in the round included Charlie Lee, the founder of Litecoin, Mike Lempres, former Chief Risk and Legal Officer at Coinbase, Brandon Gath, head of Kraken Ventures, Akash Garg, former Chief Technology Officer at MoonPay, Salil Pitroda, former board observer at Blockchain.com, Howard Lindzon, co-founder of Stocktwits, and Jim Robinson, co-founder of RRE Ventures.
Beluga was founded by veterans of Silicon Valley and the cryptocurrency industry from BitPay, Robinhood, Coupa Software, and dYdX, with the aim of providing a software toolkit that allows users to manage their cryptocurrency portfolio and use new products.
