According to BlockBeats news on November 7th, Coinbase executive Conor stated on social media that the owner of a wallet address holding 250,000 ETH without any transactions in the past 9 years is Rain Lohmus, the founder of LHV Bank.
It is reported that Rain Lohmus purchased 250,000 ETH in 2014 through an ICO for $75,000. The value of these ETH has now reached approximately $450 million, but the wallet cannot be accessed due to the loss of the private keys.
