Polygon will launch "AggLayer" in February, which is a critical component of Polygon 2.0.
According to BlockBeats news on January 25th, Polygon Labs will launch a new solution called "AggLayer" that aims to connect blockchains using zero-knowledge proofs. The first version of AggLayer is set to be released in February and its goal is to enable developers to connect blockchains to support unified liquidity. AggLayer will ensure unified security for both modular and holistic chains, including those within the Polygon ecosystem. AggLayer will be a key component of Polygon 2.0, the network's next generation iteration. Unlike typical interoperability solutions, AggLayer will aggregate all ZK proofs for connected chains.
