Web3 talent network Braintrust, in which Tiger Global participated, launches AI recruitment platform

According to BlockBeats, on April 29, Web3 talent network Braintrust launched the AI recruitment platform AIR, according to Fortune magazine. It is reported that the platform can interview top candidates and ask questions according to customer requirements through live dialogue. Finally, AIR creates a scorecard for candidate performance and recommends the best job seekers, and the hiring manager can review the interview. BlockBeats previously reported that in 2021, Braintrust announced the completion of a $100 million financing round led by Coatue, with participation from Tiger Global, True Ventures, Blockchain Ventures and HashKey. Braintrust will use the funds from this round of financing to expand its network and fund community projects through grants.
