BlockBeats news, December 17, according to The Block, Lido said on Monday that it would stop the Polygon staking service and notified users that they can withdraw funds before June 16, 2025. The announcement also stated that after June 16, 2025, users will withdraw through browser tools.
The announcement stated that multiple factors prompted Lido to re-evaluate and eventually withdraw from the Polygon PoS chain's staking service, including limited user adoption, insufficient rewards, resource-intensive maintenance requirements, and changes in ecosystem dynamics.
