BlockBeats News, February 8th. According to on-chain data analyst Yu Jin's monitoring, a whale address sold 129.4 WBTC on-chain 4 hours ago in exchange for 12.34 million USDT, liquidating its WBTC investment, and making a total profit of 7.79 million USD.
The address had purchased 283 WBTC six months ago (August 2024) using 18.58 million USDT at an average price of 65,671 USD, and started selling gradually three months ago. Today, it completed all sales at an average price of 93,194 USD, making a total profit of 7.79 million USD.
