$190 Million Stolen Nomad Bridge Hacker Suspect Arrested at Israeli Airport

BlockBeats News, May 5th, according to DL News, last week, the Israeli police arrested a hacker suspected of being involved in the Nomad hack, which led to the theft of $190 million in crypto assets from the cross-chain protocol, ultimately causing its collapse.


The suspect, Alexander Gurevich, was arrested at Ben Gurion Airport in Tel Aviv. He holds dual Russian and Israeli citizenship and was attempting to travel to Russia using documents under a different name at the time of his arrest.
