SafeMoon's former CEO released an out-of-court statement during the criminal trial, asserting his innocence.

BlockBeats News, May 8th, according to Cointelegraph, former SafeMoon CEO Braden John Karony made an out-of-court statement in New York as his criminal trial began, asserting his innocence.


Karony stated that he is innocent and "did not commit fraud," in response to media reports of his trial. Former SafeMoon CEO Karony, along with SafeMoon founder Kyle Nagy and former CTO Thomas Smith, are accused of "embezzlement and misappropriation of the platform's SFM token value worth millions of dollars" in 2023.
