The US fast food chain Steak 'n Shake will accept Bitcoin payments at all its locations nationwide

BlockBeats News, May 9th, according to Decrypt, the U.S. chain fast food brand Steak 'n Shake announced that starting from May 16th, all its stores in the U.S. will support Bitcoin payments, allowing over 100 million customers to use Bitcoin to purchase products such as burgers and milkshakes.

Unlike other chain stores that have only conducted small-scale pilots, this is a rare comprehensive adoption of cryptocurrency payments in the fast food industry. Steak 'n Shake had teased this move on social media back in March of this year and attracted attention from several prominent figures, including former Twitter CEO Jack Dorsey.
