The Farcaster frontend application Warpcast will be officially renamed to Farcaster.

BlockBeats News, May 15th, Farcaster Co-Founder and CTO Varun Srinivasan announced on social media that the decentralized social media network Farcaster's frontend Warpcast will be rebranded as Farcaster, with the following specific changes:

· The mobile application will be renamed to Farcaster

· The classic Arch logo will be reintroduced

· The official website domain will be migrated from warpcast.com to farcaster.xyz

· All old links will remain backward compatible (users do not need to take any action)

Varun Srinivasan further stated that there will be no immediate changes. The team will proceed gradually and communicate extensively through multiple channels. The earliest changes will take place in mid-May, but it is likely to be postponed to June.
