Opinion: Texas Governor Will Sign Strategic Bitcoin Reserve Bill

Earlier reports stated that the state of Texas in the United States, through the Strategic Bitcoin Reserve Bill SB 21, passed the bill on the third reading with 101 votes in favor and 42 against, and it is now awaiting the governor's signature in the governor's office.
