The cryptocurrency trading platform Bullish has secretly filed for an IPO.

BlockBeats News, on June 11, according to a report by the Financial Times, insiders revealed that Bullish, a cryptocurrency exchange platform under Block.one, has secretly filed IPO application documents with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) in recent weeks.

Bullish currently owns the crypto media outlet CoinDesk. Reportedly, CoinDesk was fully acquired by Bullish in November 2023, becoming part of its media, conferences, and index business. Following the acquisition, CoinDesk has maintained independent editorial operations.
