Plouffe played a pivotal role as a key advisor in Kamala Harris's presidential campaign and was also known for serving as Barack Obama's campaign manager, helping him secure his victory in the U.S. presidential election. He held significant positions in the White House and, after Obama's presidency, served as Senior Vice President at Uber and as a global advisor for Binance.
He is the latest heavyweight political figure to join this advisory body. In an interview, Plouffe stated that he plans to leverage his "storytelling" skills to contribute to the crypto industry—a sector striving for credibility and stability amid regulatory pressures.
