Trump Calls on House to Quickly Pass Stablecoin Regulation Bill, Key Legislators Suggest Further Consultation

French Hill, Chairman of the U.S. House Financial Services Committee and a long-time advocate for stablecoin issues, said he was not willing to commit to House members giving up their amendments to the Senate bill. He stated that ongoing discussions are taking place with leadership, as there are still many issues to be resolved between the version of the bill passed by the Senate and the version still being developed in the House.
