After the CPI is published, traders are sticking to their bet on a September Fed rate cut.

2025-07-15 20:52

BlockBeats News, July 15th: After the release of the U.S. CPI report, traders continued to bet that the Federal Reserve may begin cutting interest rates in September. Previously, a report released by the U.S. government showed that the June CPI rose as expected.

Following the CPI release, based on market pricing, the likelihood of a Fed rate cut in September remains around 60%. Traders still believe that there is only a 5% chance of a rate cut this month, as most Fed policymakers have stated that they would like to see more data before cutting rates. (FXStreet)
