BlockBeats News, September 4th, according to CME's "FedWatch," after the release of the August ADP and initial jobless claims data for the week, the probability of a 25 basis point Fed rate cut in September is 97.4%, while the probability of a 50 basis point cut is 2.6%.


Previously reported, the U.S. added 54,000 jobs in August according to ADP, below the expected 65,000 and lower than the previous value of 104,000. The number of initial jobless claims in the U.S. for the week ending August 30th was 237,000, with an expectation of 230,000 and a previous value of 229,000.
