BlockBeats News, September 9th, according to market sources, "GIWA" launched by South Korea's largest exchange Upbit will become an Ethereum Layer 2 solution, built on OP Stack with the goal of achieving 1-second block times. It has currently gone live on the testnet and is planning to release the "GIWA Wallet" soon.
