In April this year, the unlocked SOL whale/institution continued to transfer 60,000 SOL to Binance.

BlockBeats News, September 15th. According to Embermonitor, the whale/institutional address that received 991,000 SOL four years ago, and unlocked in April this year, has currently profited 280 million USD from SOL. Just 5 hours ago, they transferred another 60,000 SOL (14.82 million USD) to Binance.
After the unlock in April, this address has transferred 375,000 SOL (68.51 million USD) to Binance over the past 5 months, at an average price of 183 USD.
They still hold 962,000 SOL (233 million USD) now, meaning they have only just sold the staking rewards accumulated over the past four years.
