Clanker Rejects Rainbow's Potential Acquisition Proposal

BlockBeats News, September 23rd, Clanker team member Jack Dishman posted that last month, Rainbow had contacted Clanker to discuss a potential acquisition. After some discussion, the Clanker team believed that the collaboration was not suitable and informed the other party last Thursday.

However, last Friday, Rainbow contacted again, threatening to publicly release a letter if the Clanker team did not respond. When Clanker reiterated that they would not pursue the transaction, Rainbow still, without consent, today released a public letter outlining their intention to acquire Clanker. Clanker is not interested in working with Rainbow, especially after experiencing this treatment, and therefore does not intend to continue the related negotiations.
