Bit Digital is planning to issue $100 million in convertible notes to acquire more ETH.

Bit Digital has submitted a draft registration statement to the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission, with Barclays Bank, Cantor, and B. Riley Securities serving as the lead underwriters for this issuance.

Bit Digital (BTBT) currently ranks fifth in the Ethereum Treasury (DAT) list of companies, holding around 120,000 ETH worth approximately $483 million.
