The company stated that the funding for this round of Ethereum acquisition came from the recent completion of a $150 million convertible bond offering net proceeds. Last month, it proposed the issuance of convertible bonds to increase its ETH holdings. According to Bit Digital's disclosure on Wednesday, Kraken Financial, Jump Trading Credit, and Jane Street Capital participated in this bond issuance.
