BlockBeats News, October 21st, according to official sources, RGB Protocol infrastructure developer Bitlight Labs released the whitepaper "Integrated Layer 1 and Layer 2 Architecture for Non-Custodial Bitcoin Operations," in which BitLight stated that it will integrate RGB client-side asset validation with Lightning Network payments in a single non-custodial architecture. BitLight will combine the L1 primitives based on Taproot with L2 execution, clearly separating signature operations from node operations to reduce risk and operational costs while maintaining Bitcoin security.
