Shitcoin Season Index Rises to 32

BlockBeats News, October 31st, according to Coinmarketcap data, the Altcoin Season Index has risen to 32, after dropping to 23 on October 23rd. This index shows that out of the top 100 cryptocurrencies by market capitalization, around 32 projects have outperformed Bitcoin in the past 90 days.
