TerraZero completes world's first Metacosmic Home Mortgage on Decentraland

TerraZero Technologies has completed the world's first metauniverse home mortgage on Decentraland. Every transaction sent has a cap on how many transactions can be distributed. Decentraland lets customers purchase virtual real estate on Decentraland, although the company doesn't disclose the identity of the customer or financial information. Dan Reitzik, CEO of TerraZero, said the company wanted to build tools to connect the real world to the metasverse, and the availability of mortgages and financing to accelerate the development and utilization of the metasverse. Prospective clients can use TerraZero's official website to find a list of properties in the Exploration Meta-universe and then approach the company to complete the brokerage process. TerraZero will approve a mortgage application for the property once the mortgage agreement has been completed. The registered holder of the NFT plot on Decentraland is TerraZero and ownership will pass to the borrower once the loan has been repaid.
