QVerse, Qatar Airways' metasverse platform, will integrate NFT and ticketing

On June 15, QVerse, Qatar Airways' metasverse platform, will integrate NFT and ticketing functions to provide customers with an immersive experience of its products and services. QVerse was first launched in April, using Epic Game's Unreal engine. Customers can take a virtual tour of the airline premium check-in area at Hamad International Airport (HIA) as well as the cabin interiors of airline aircraft. In The future QVerse will likely be accessible from other metaverse platforms such as Decentraland or The Sandbox and can be explored using The Oculus Quest VR platform.
