Rhythm BlockBeats news, on November 12, the decentralized lending protocol Aave  announced that it has released the Aave V2 version on the Ethereum Kovan testnet. Currently, users can test Aave v2 for free on the Kovan testnet without spending real assets. In addition, the relevant code is currently undergoing 4 audits and positive verification, and the audit results will be released before the main network is launched.




According to Rhythm's previous reports, the V2 version includes optimizing the Gas fee, realizing support for the local GasToken, and further helping users reduce transaction costs; in addition, increasing security And debt, mortgage margin trading functions, and adding specific governance functions, etc. In terms of security, the V2 version has improved on the basis of the previous version. Aave has worked closely with Certora, a leader in automatic verification technology, and cooperated with other top audit institutions to bring the highest security standards to the protocol and its users.


Currently, Aave is conducting a bug bounty program, and users who discover new vulnerabilities and disclose them safely will receive up to 250,000 Dollar rewards.
