From a million-dollar salary, an interview with the President of the United States, to a failed investment and an exit: The life of Franklin the BAYC Whale

33 years old, makes $1 million a year, has met the President of the United States. Is good enough to exist even in the Web2 world.

Once in the BAYC community, Franklin repeatedly used the NFT lending platform.@BendDAO  , to expand his BAYC collection through risky trading strategies and lending activities.

As of November 6, 2022, Franklin owned more than 61 BayCs, at one point becoming the 6th largest BAYC owner. He is also the user with the highest cumulative loan amount on BendDAO, with a total loan amount of nearly 20,000 ETH.

In November 2022, the NFT market continued to suffer, and the FTX thunder intensified the market panic, and the BAYC floor price briefly fell below 50ETH.@BendDAO  A large number of BayCs are on the verge of triggering liquidation auctions. At the time, Franklin still held 58 BayCs. With his position well stocked and optimistic about the future, Franklin began to arbitrage.

Franklin 也曾 Fat Finger 过。 2022 年 7 月 19 日，Franklin 为了讽刺当时 Ens 的炒作风气，试图通过向自己的小号虚假报价，触发 Ens 报价机器人的推文。 为此，Franklin 用小号购买了域名「stop-doing-fake-bids-its-honestly-lame-my-guy.eth」，并向自己出价 100 WETH。
