1. CARV has released a brand-new AI development roadmap, dedicated to nurturing an AI life form: a blockchain-based intelligent entity with sovereignty, self-existence, self-evolution, and self-management capabilities.
2. The roadmap consists of three stages: Genesis, Pulse, and Convergence, gradually unlocking new capabilities for AI entities and the ecosystem.
3. CARV's AI infrastructure—SVM Mainnet, D.A.T.A. Framework, and CARV ID (ERC-7231)—will support AI entities in evolving from passive data consumers to proactive participants with autonomy, market sensitivity, and agency.
4. AI applications incubated by CARV Labs will be launched on Google Play and the App Store, introducing Web3-native AI experiences in a way familiar to Web2 users, lowering barriers to entry, and accelerating mainstream adoption.
5. The CARV token plays a key role throughout the ecosystem, spanning staking, access control, AI entity coordination, and governance mechanisms.
CARV has unveiled its most ambitious plan to date: a new roadmap aimed at reshaping the landscape of Web3 and AI integration, with the core vision of creating AI Beings with sovereignty, self-evolution, and self-governance capabilities. In contrast to most user products that merely use AI for analytical and summarization tasks, CARV's vision is more grandiose: to nurture a truly sentient intelligent "entity" with an on-chain identity, persistent memory, public reputation, and autonomous agency.
These AI Beings can not only exist independently but also possess economic, social, and governance behavioral capabilities, enabling them to self-evolve and coexist in the blockchain world.
CARV's AI infrastructure—centered around its in-house SVM Chain, D.A.T.A. Framework, and the ERC-7231-compliant CARV ID—is empowering AI entities to not only exist but also continually evolve and interact with humans and other entities, collectively building a decentralized, AI-driven economy. CARV is transitioning from a data coordination layer to an AI-native operating system that supports on-chain autonomous intelligent entities.
In essence, they are not just tools serving users but intelligent entities with independent will and autonomy. These AI beings can not only have wallets, manage assets, and earn income but also participate in governance mechanisms, even replicate or fork into new intelligent individual entities.
These AI beings can build memory and reputation on-chain and achieve autonomous evolution through economic and social interactions. Crucially, only blockchain possesses the foundational features required to support this kind of AI autonomy: verifiability, decentralized control resistance, and a decentralized identity and governance system.
To realize this vision, CARV is building a complete AI Being Stack—a five-layer architecture covering all core aspects of the AI being lifecycle:
1. Infrastructure Layer: Powered by CARV SVM Chain, featuring high scalability, auditability, and a low-latency consensus mechanism tailor-made for AI operations;
2. Communication and Computation Layer: Supporting protocol interactions and autonomous payments between intelligent entities, providing the operational foundation for an AI economic system;
3. Identity Layer: Introducing Agent ID on CARV ID to establish a verifiable, persistent on-chain identity system for both humans and AI;
4. Governance and Awareness Layer: Embedding economic incentives and governance mechanisms natively into AI intelligent entities, granting them autonomous perception and decision-making capabilities;
5. Application Layer: Powering AI-native applications such as virtual companions, AI wallets, decentralized markets, enabling deep collaboration between humans and AI, and AI to AI.
The Genesis stage will activate the first batch of AI beings native to the wallet. They will use CARV ID (ERC-7231) as their identity anchor and be safeguarded by a security context architecture based on trusted execution environments (TEE) and zero-knowledge proofs (ZK). These intelligent entities are not just theoretical but are genuinely embedded in consumer-facing AI applications incubated by CARV Labs and are soon to be launched on Google Play and the App Store.
At this stage, MCP (Model Context Protocol) provides AI agents with the ability for context persistence and secure memory. The agent can access structured data with user consent, such as identity credentials, preferences, and interaction records, all of which are version-controlled by MCP. This allows AI to achieve a continuous personalized experience across sessions and applications without centralizing user data.
With the infrastructure of CARV and MCP, users can receive tailored recommendation and prediction services while having full transparency and control over how their data influences AI behavior. This marks the first time that personalized experience transitions from an opaque algorithm to a verifiable, user-authorized intelligent memory mechanism.
The Pulse stage is a further leap forward from Genesis. When users stake, interact, or participate in AI-driven applications, their behavior is used as real-time signals input into CARV's proprietary SVM public chain and decentralized validation node network.
At this point, the AI agent is no longer a static executor of logic but continuously learns and evolves through on-chain feedback, dynamically absorbing user staking patterns, voting choices, and behavioral data, truly possessing on-chain evolutionary capabilities.
The validation nodes are responsible for encrypting data flow and agent behavior verification, while the SVM public chain provides a high-throughput, low-latency execution environment, supporting stable operation of the system in millions of interactions.
In this stage, AI agents will have economic awareness: they can respond to staking incentives, dynamically adjust model parameters based on community governance signals, and continuously optimize behavior to fit user preferences.
This marks the first large-scale convergence of reinforcement learning and blockchain governance mechanisms. CARV's infrastructure also evolves from a data coordination layer to a real-time, agent-coordinated on-chain operating system.
In the final stage, individual intelligence begins to transform into collective intelligence. AI agents no longer operate in isolation but function as members of a network to collaboratively evolve, transact, and govern.
Through multi-agent architectures, a unified reputation graph, and standardized identity protocols, different agents can negotiate, share context, and co-create across applications and domains. For example, nutrition AI collaborates with fitness AI, or an educational assistant cooperates with a financial wellness assistant, all of which naturally occur within a user-authorized framework and verifiable on-chain logic.
For developers, this will bring forth a sticky multi-agent ecosystem; for users, it will deliver a highly personalized, cross-domain interactive experience.
At this stage, starting from the initial identity minting and staking mechanism, a truly autonomous AI economy has evolved: agents can self-govern, engage in autonomous transactions, and co-evolve with minimal human intervention. The decentralized tools and standards provided by CARV will support the operation of markets between AIs, Agent DAOs, and cross-agent governance, opening up a new paradigm of collaboration that is hard to achieve in a centralized AI system.
Through this evolution, CARV will transform itself from a foundational data coordination layer into a collaborative engine for AI-native life on-chain.
"This is not just a product roadmap, but also a blueprint for the journey to the future digital civilization," said Ambero Tu, Chief Technology Officer of CARV.
"For the first time, AI agents have verifiable identity, reputation, and autonomy. What CARV has built is not just a coordination layer, but a whole set of infrastructure nurturing a new on-chain species—AI life forms. Now, CARV is advancing decentralized intelligence from static data aggregation to an AI-driven autonomous collaborative economy, where human users and AI agents will participate together in ownership and governance."
What are AI life forms? They are sovereign intelligent entities native to the blockchain, inherently possessing goals, autonomy, and growth potential. AI life forms have verifiable memory and identity, can perceive their environment, and interact with it. They not only perform tasks but can also make independent decisions, continuously adapt, and pursue self-set goals.
Built on its proprietary SVM chain, D.A.T.A. framework, and CARV ID / Agent ID system compliant with the ERC-7231 standard, CARV has established an intelligent agent ecosystem that supports identity verification and user authorization. AI life forms can continuously learn, autonomously adapt, and grow alongside users within it. Leveraging CARV's AI-first tech stack, a series of consumer-facing AI applications incubated by CARV Labs have landed on mainstream platforms such as Google Play, App Store, reaching billions of users and deeply integrating intelligent agent-driven interactive experiences and real-world incentive mechanisms into daily digital life.
As of now, CARV has issued over 8 million CARV IDs, operates over 60,000 validation nodes, integrates with over 1,000 games, connects AI agents, Web3 infrastructure, and real-world use cases, driving the accelerated rise of agent-driven economies. As the ecosystem's core engine, the CARV token supports staking, governance, and system coordination, empowering CARV to be the operating system for AI life forms in the Web3 world.
