On July 3rd, the "Fairness Pledge Protocol" initiated by the Web3 Fair Resistance Protocol Fair³ was officially released. This protocol is a voluntary initiative framework for AI, blockchain, and data network projects, aiming to advocate for a new standard of "protocol-level fairness" and calling for the building of an open, transparent, and human-centric technological future.

This protocol was initiated by the core CTO team of the Fair³ community and has been jointly signed by 10 projects including BananaS31, CARV, EGL1, Janitor, Liberty, StarryNift, UpTop, Wello, World 3, World Of Dypians.

What is Fair³?

Fair³ is not just a token protocol; it is a culture symbol and resistance movement driven by "fairness," dedicated to giving every individual who encounters algorithmic oppression and systemic injustice the right to expression, organization, and action. Fair³ has built a new "consensus system": Proof of Fair and a fundamental value connection mechanism that spans the Web3 and AI community.

The "Fairness Pledge Protocol" includes five core commitments:

· Data Sovereignty: Users have complete ownership and deletion rights to their data, and platforms may not extract or use user data without explicit consent.

· Algorithmic Fairness: Projects must adopt transparent, auditable algorithms, prioritize open-sourcing, and avoid opaque decision-making that cannot be verified.

· Protocol-level Anti-Monopoly: Encourage the construction of an open, composable protocol system, oppose interface locking, and closed ecosystems.

· Fair Access to Compute: Support decentralized computing networks, provide developers with affordable and inclusive AI and computing infrastructure.

· Inclusive Governance: Governance should be based on participation and contribution rather than real-name, financial, or whitelist thresholds.

Under the advocacy of Fair³, the initial 10 projects have jointly signed the "Fair³ Fairness Manifesto," committing to incorporating "verifiable fairness" into their protocols and advancing the practice of tech justice. Below is the list of initial signatories and their principles:

CARV

CARV is building native AI infrastructure to support the birth, growth, and collaboration of on-chain autonomous agents. With over 8 million CARV IDs issued, linking 60,000+ validation nodes, CARV is reshaping AI sovereignty and data autonomy.

CTO Ambero Tu stated:

BANANAS31

Evolved from the OG Meme project, BANANAS31 integrates the Quasi-Autonomous Agent Protocol and Banana Agent Framework, establishing a new paradigm for AI agent interaction, learning, and earnings. It is one of the most community-driven AI meme projects in the Starship and BNB ecosystem.

EGL1

EGL1 is a superhero meme project full of American spirit, dedicated to building crypto culture in a patriotic, community-driven manner.

One of Fair3's key investors, the renowned investment institution UnicornVerse's Chairperson Anna Ann, expressed:
