The Klaytn Foundation will publish its proposal to revise KLAY Token's economic model and governance model on February 28
BlockBeats news, February 20, the Klayth Foundation, one of the main developers and code maintainers of the Korean blockchain platform Klaytn, is making changes to the Klaytn network governance system and the economic model of the original KLAY Token. The Klaytn Foundation will work with the Klaytn Governance Board to help the Klaytn blockchain transition to a completely permissionless verifier structure, provide opportunities for the public to participate as a block verifier, and introduce a communication channel for Klaytn community members to participate in the decision-making process.
In addition, the Foundation will enhance governance transparency by disclosing the on-chain voting agenda and status of the Governance committee in real time through the governance protocol Klaytn Square. The foundation will submit its revised Token economics proposal to its governance committee early this week, and the final agenda and proposal will be released on Feb 28 along with the 2023 technology roadmap.
