Sui releases token unlocking schedule.

On June 29th, BlockBeats reported that Sui has announced its token unlocking schedule which shows the estimated circulating supply for the next 7 years. Sui's native token, SUI, can facilitate on-chain transactions, pay gas fees, protect network security, and provide on-chain liquidity. The long-term circulating supply of SUI is 10 billion tokens. At the launch of the mainnet, approximately 5% of tokens are in circulation, and the remaining tokens will be unlocked and released according to the suggested schedule to maintain network stability. Additionally, the Sui team stated that, like other networks, the token unlocking schedule may change as needed to maintain the health of the Sui network. Previously, on June 28th, the Sui Foundation stated that they have not sold any "locked" or "non-circulating" SUI through Binance or any other means for staking rewards or any other tokens. All token allocations are still subject to their lock-up period and other transfer restrictions. The Sui Foundation will soon release a detailed plan for the token release schedule.
