Digital asset custodian Hex Trust is registered in France to expand its European business.

According to a BlockBeats report on August 2nd citing CoinDesk, Hex Trust, a digital asset custodian, has been registered by the French Financial Markets Authority (AMF) and the Prudential Supervision and Resolution Authority (ACPR) to provide digital asset custody, purchase, sale, and trading services. In theory, this registration should make it easier for Hex Trust to obtain necessary registrations and licenses throughout the European Union due to the MiCA regulations. Hex Trust received equivalent registration from Italy's Organismo Agenti e Mediatori (OAM) in June last year.
