Crypto hedge fund Nine Blocks Capital Management has obtained the Dubai digital asset license.
According to BlockBeats news on November 27th, Henri Arslanian, the former cryptocurrency head of PwC, announced that his newly established digital asset fund, Nine Blocks Capital Management, based in Dubai, has become the first cryptocurrency hedge fund to obtain a license from the Dubai Virtual Asset Regulatory Authority (VARA). The fund plans to make Dubai its global headquarters.
As previously reported by BlockBeats, Henri Arslanian founded Nine Blocks Capital Management in Dubai in August last year. The fund has a total asset size of $75 million, with all initial funding provided by Hong Kong hedge fund Nine Masts Capital.
