BlockBeats News, March 25th. According to the official website data, the number of active addresses on the MegaETH public testnet has reached 4.394 million in the first 5 days. There were 10.88 million on-chain transactions in the past 24 hours, with an on-chain transaction volume of 1,060 ETH. The TPS is 205.79 transactions/second, and the block rate is 91.73 blocks/second.

Previously, the MegaETH team stated that the project would not provide airdrop rewards to users participating in the public testnet. The main purpose of the public testnet is to conduct technical stress tests, allow developers to explore new technological breakthroughs, and enable users to experience real-time applications for the first time. The team emphasized that while they do not oppose a points-based incentive model, it does not align with the project's principles.
