ZachXBT: Coinbase Data Leak Hacker Issues On-Chain Taunt, Suspected $42.5 Million Money Laundering

BlockBeats News, May 22nd, according to ZachXBT, the hacker allegedly responsible for stealing Coinbase user data converted approximately $42.5 million worth of BTC to ETH through Thorchain. The hacker left a message on the blockchain containing a Youtube video link, with the video showing a black man smoking. The message transaction hash is:

Prior to this, the hacker obtained nearly 97,000 user information through bribery of customer service. Coinbase refused to pay a $20 million ransom and offered a reward to trace the hacker's identity.
