BlockBeats reports that on June 15, according to Coinmarketcap data, the Altcoin Season Index dropped from its recent high of 30 to 27, with a weekly average of 29.

The Altcoin Season Index has been on a decline since reaching an annual high of 87 on December 4, 2024. Over the past 90 days, 27 tokens out of the top 100 cryptocurrencies by market cap have outperformed Bitcoin. The top-performing altcoins over this 90-day period include FARTCOIN, SPX, HYPE, VIRTUAL, and PENDLE.
