BlockBeats News, July 16, according to PeckShield monitoring, an internal transfer of 1000 ETH (worth about $3.15 million) was made from the Ethereum Foundation development account EFDev to the address starting with 0xc061, known as the EF2 address. This address currently holds 7000 ETH (worth about $22 million).
