Chainlink has released version 2.0 of the White Paper,
On April 15, ChainLink officially released white paper version 2.0, which Outlines how Decentalized Oracle Networks can continue to create a decentralized meta-layer in addition to the external data ChainLink already provides today. Enhance smart contracts in the form of highly scalable, confidential, and secure off-chain computing.
The ChainLink 2.0 white paper creates a framework for decentralized Oracle networks (DON) for multiple interoperable networks, each consisting of a collection of nodes that can transmit data bidirectional and perform decentralized de-chain computations using a variety of consensus protocols. At the same time, the new version also introduces the superlinear pledge mechanism, which requires the attacker to have a greater resource than the combined security deposit of all DON nodes, and provides a greater security guarantee of crypto economy.
