Binance's New Meme Rush Explained: Token Migration Threshold $1M, First Two Phases Exclusive to Non-Whale Users

The token will be open to Binance wallet (non-custodial address) users only in the "New Coin" and "Upcoming Issuance" phases, with the token issuance divided into three phases:

New Coin Phase: Binance wallet (non-custodial address) users can purchase the token as early participants. The token's supply and price follow the Bonding Curve model, supported by a virtual liquidity pool for trade execution. During this phase, the token is non-transferable to ensure smooth trading and fair distribution. Trading is limited to Binance wallet (non-custodial address) users only, the token is non-transferable, and liquidity is supported by a virtual liquidity pool;

Upcoming Issuance Phase: The Bonding Curve mechanism remains in effect, and the token enters the migration preparation phase. Binance wallet (non-custodial address) users can still participate in trading. The token remains non-transferable, and the virtual liquidity pool will continue to provide trading support. Trading is limited to Binance wallet (non-custodial address) users only, the token is non-transferable, and liquidity is further supported by the virtual liquidity pool;

Migrated Phase: After reaching a specific milestone, the token will enter the Migrated phase with a starting threshold of a Fully Diluted Valuation (FDV) of $1 million. The criteria for triggering token migration may be dynamically adjusted by Binance based on market conditions and user feedback, with advanced notice to the community. After migration, the token's liquidity will automatically deploy to a decentralized exchange (DEX), allowing for full transferability and free trading. Both Binance wallet and non-Binance wallet users can freely trade, the token is fully transferable, and liquidity migrates to the DEX after reaching the milestone. Rankings will be synchronized to the "Binance Migrated Token Leaderboard," allowing users to track the token's complete performance.
