Some of our most effective collaborations involve deep partnerships with entrepreneurial teams to address important business and research challenges. Sometimes it's the entrepreneurs who come up with the ideas, and sometimes it's us. Either way, we enjoy the process of ideation and putting projects into practice.

When Hayden Adams introduced Uniswap to Paradigm in 2019, the platform had just launched. We were fortunate to lead the seed funding round for Uniswap, and since then, Dan Robinson has devoted much of his brainpower to thinking about Uniswap, including contributing to Uniswap v2, v3, v4, and UniswapX.

Flashbots was originally a group chat initiated by Tina Zhen and Phil Daian, including crypto enthusiasts such as Charlie Noyes, Georgios Konstantopoulos, and samczsun from the Paradigm team who were very curious about MEV. This group chat later evolved into a company, and Paradigm is pleased to have helped the Flashbots team establish and provide funding for their plans. Conduit was developed by Andrew Huang, an entrepreneur-in-residence at Paradigm, in collaboration with Georgios Konstantopoulos. Georgios and other members of the Paradigm team have been thinking about infrastructure to support a multi-chain world centered around convolution. Meanwhile, Andrew has been thinking about how to apply his experience in Web2 infrastructure to cryptocurrency. After working at Paradigm for several months, Conduit was born.
