Fungible Token generally refers to the same type of token assets, which can be infinitely divided among similar types. A token that is divided into small parts and is essentially indistinguishable after division. Any two identical homogeneous tokens can be interchanged and traded without any difference, such as USDC, DAI, BNB, SHIB, etc., all belong to homogeneous tokens.

The word "fungible" means "can be replaced by other/other similar items" and is generally used to describe undifferentiated, identical goods or commodities, items of the same category Unless otherwise specified, they are completely interchangeable, such as two grains of rice and two potatoes.
